We improve seniors' quality of life by enabling them to comfortably age in place with the security and support of a qualified and professional interdisciplinary care team.
We serve areas including Emerald Isle, Cape Carteret, Swansboro, Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and New Bern. We partner locally with Carteret Health Care, local church communities, assisted living facilities and retirement homes.
